How To Burn Belly Fat At Home With No Equipment (The Champions Method)

Most people think burning belly fat requires a gym membership, expensive equipment, or hours of cardio every day. They are wrong. Some of the most effective fat-burning workouts require nothing but your body, your mindset, and the willingness to push through when it gets hard.

At Champions Fitness, we believe that when you combine the right exercises with military-level discipline, your body has no choice but to change. Watch the full workout below and follow along.

The Workout Breakdown

Here is exactly what is performed in this session from start to finish:

Warm Up — Treadmill Run:
1 Mile Run
Incline: 1.5 | Speed: 6.5
Heart Rate Target: 185 BPM

Jumping Jacks:
4 Sets × 100 Reps

Superset — Walking Lunges + Mountain Climbers:
Each — approximately 1 minute back to back

Jump Squats:
4 Sets × 50 Seconds

Why This Works For Belly Fat

This workout keeps your heart rate elevated throughout the session. When your heart rate stays elevated, your body burns stored fat for fuel. The combination of running, jumping jacks, compound supersets, and explosive jump squats creates a full-body calorie burn that targets fat including your midsection.

The Champions Mindset

Motivation gets you started. Discipline keeps you going. BELIEVE. TRUST. COMMIT. DEDICATE. HARDWORK.
